EEex_ToHex

   EEex_ToHex(number, minLength, prefix)

Converts a numeric value to a hex string with or without the ``0x`` prefix

**Parameters**

* **number** - numeric value to convert to hex
* **minLength** - min length of hex string to create
* **prefix** - true to include ``0x`` prefix in hex string

**Return**

Returns a string containing the hex value
